We are here to serve our community to help them live and breathe their purpose via business – to make them and the world better. We believe that ownership (business owners, founders and investors) sets the values, the beliefs in the people and how the business strives for its purpose.
Transformative businesses grow in order to have the means to deliver their purpose – a better society and healthier planet. We are on a mission to ensure all good people and ventures are financed and have a safe space to link with like minded changemakers on all topics.
We at Oxygen as transformative entrepreneurs genuinely link, collaborate, cooperate, share and join together for pragmatic business purposes of making the world a better place. By linking we mean collaboration, establishing personal ties and relating to others on equal terms. Transformative entrepreneurs seek personal transformation and ethical impact on the planet — neither of which is possible or even meaningful without others. Although, theoretically one could become a hermit or a secluded monk seeking personal enlightenment, it does not work if one aims to engage in a business of any kind. Every entrepreneurial deed — every exchange — is a social one. The social aspect is not a neutral exchange between ‘entities’ (even if they are companies) because behind every business transaction there are humans with their needs, purposes, responsibilities, goals, visions, cultural experiences — and ethics. Embracing this deeply human social aspect calls for belonging to a community — whether local or global — and establishing links among others sharing in it. Trust and belonging generate from the openness that is one of the hallmarks for Oxygen. People are drawn to exchanges where they can bring their whole selves without the traditional preference to separate work and family, hide behind a public business mask.
