Tom Weckström

I’m a humanist by heart, an engineer by education, and a change agent by profession.

My mission is to help entrepreneurs innovate a better world.

My 20+ years of experience include delivering value to various customer segments in six tech startups & two listed software companies.

I’ve worked on management team level for 15 years and my experience spans P&L responsibility on product management, R&D, customer service, HR, project delivery business, IT, and security. I’ve also worked in the board of directors in three companies for over 5 years.

Since 2016 I’ve run my own strategic advisory company Balandor.
